Is it possible for a parent to have all bad children?

I came across a short story in the office today and what is giving me concern is the fact that it is a true life story. After much debate on it, i decided to share with you to know what you all think about it.
Although am not a parent yet and that is one of the reason i decided to talk about it, so parents can read and comment if possible.

I hear some parents these days say,''i ve tried by best in training my children but they don't want to learn''
The question is, what is your best?
How can your best be measured? Ask yourself this question and be sincere to yourself.

Back to the story,

There was a certain prophet called Ebi James who is a native Twon Brass in Brass Local Government Area in Bayelsa State. He is the founder and spiritual head of Cherubim and Seraphim Church(Jah Zion). The prophet predicted that there will be serious crisis at his church headquarters in Twon Brass after his death but he didn't dwell much on it.He asked the church to pray and fast to avert the evil that will befall the church after his exit.

However, despite the prayers, the prediction manifested when his biological children began to calm ownership of the church. The prophet is said to have named and anointed one Seun Obas, a lab scientist and proprietor of Ben Mark's Hotels as his successor with one Mr. John Odugu as the Baba Ijo of the mission.

The children of the late prophet allegedly denied themselves the benefits of western education, which their father offered many indigent youths of the church. They abandoned their father and the church for 16years and returned with their mum when their father died to calm the church property. Several meetings were held concerning the issue .Unknown to the leaders and overseer, the matter, which was a church matter later became a community affair where allegations were made against the general overseer that he took what was rightfully theirs.

They had the perception that their father is the owner of the hotel and that he was a stranger who wants to reap where he didn't sow .Who is  reaping and sowing, Ebi James or them that abandoned their father for 16years. They burnt down the hotel and about 10 cars which belongs to his clients. The case was later reported and the youths involved were arrested but was released by House of Assembles members who didn't even bother to question them.

According to the general overseer, the bone of contention was his property which the children of the founder thought were their inheritance. To douse tension, he has shown the documents bearing his name on the property to the various leaders in the community as well as some prominent church members.

So back to the question,
Is it possible for a parent to have all bad children?
Remember the fact that the prophet had all bad children.

Parents should do their work in the projects given to them which are the children and stop saying ''i ve tried all i could''.

As for me i disagree, a parent can't have all bad children.
My opinion,anyways.

The Bitter Truth

Waking up this morning to see this pics as an encouragement, it motivated me on how I need to pick up myself everyday and work hard.

I hear  young ladies cry about no jobs.Yes! there are no jobs but the question is,
What can you do?
What have you tried to do?
What motivates you?
What do you see?

On the pics, you can see an elderly woman in her beautiful canoe, firewood, fry pan and all the necessary things she needs to make her daily bread. She sells akara and bread and the unique thing about her, is that she paddles to meet her customers.

I guess, when she started she waited for them to come and saw that the outcome was low and she changed her strategy to get better result. You can't use the same approach everyday and expect to get a different result, you have to change your approach.

A woman is expected to work, take care of children and also manage the affairs of the house but these days I hear things like,
''I want a ready made man, ready made man can lead to ready made trouble''

Mama is happy doing what she knows best in order to survive. She didn't give excuses like age barrier and all.
You! what is your excuse?

Hard work pays with time........you know.
Just hold on, constant effort goes along way with the help of God.
''little drops of water makes a mighty ocean''.

Ladies, its high time we stopped deceiving ourselves and tell ourselves the truth, judge yourselves and start somewhere, no matter where.

Y'all know that adding value to yourselves will attract your dream men. Men that will respect and treat you like the angel you are.
Like the saying goes, like minds attracts each other.

All hail the Niger Delta ladies,we dey try....
Inspired by my big sister, Inemo .C. Dokubo and my smally Esther Dima.
They are always there to motivate me.....
