Beyonce And Jay Z Celebrate Their 8th Year Anniversary

Arguably the biggest entertainment couple of our time, Beyonce and Jay Z celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary 2days ago April 4th 2016.

The singer said: “Four has been my favourite number since I was a kid,” the “Drunk in Love” singer declared in her Year of 4 feature. “It’s the number of my birthday, September 4, my mother’s birthday, January 4, my husband’s birthday, December 4 and it’s the anniversary of my wedding.”

The couple held a secret wedding in April 4th of 2008.

2 soldiers killed as kidnappers abduct two expatriates in Bayelsa

Gunmen, suspected to be kidnappers on Tuesday killed two soldiers and abducted two expatriates on the Ogbia-Nembe Road in Bayelsa State.

The expatriates whose name have not being revealed were drafted by construction giant, Steraco to supervise the ongoing repairs of the road.

The six armed men had laid ambush for their victims along the road and when the Hilux Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) conveying the victims was in their view, they opened fire.

HP unveils the world's thinnest laptop

HP has unveiled its new Spectre, the new titleholder for "world's thinnest laptop."

At four-tenths of an inch thick, and weighing a little less than two and a half pounds, it's thinner and lighter than the 13-inch MacBook Air. (It weighs slightly more than the new MacBook and Lenovo Yoga 900S).

HP gave its new portable computer a copper sheen to appeal to anyone who loves gold gadgets or devices that look like jewelry.

The guts of the new Spectre are meant to attract people who care about power: The Spectre boasts an Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB of memory, and about 10 hours of battery life. And for music lovers,

HP (HPE, Tech30) tapped Bang & Olufsen to give its laptop cred in the audio department.

HP describes the Spectre as being "more artisan than manufactured" in a promo video.

"It looks as if a craftsman made just one of those," the narrator says.

Spectre is meant to compete with other high end laptops -- and its $1,170 price tag is proof.

HP is in need of a catalyst for its slumping PC division. In the last three months of 2015, HP reported a 11% slump in laptop sales and a 14% slip in desktop sales.

Smartphones and 2-in-1 tablet-laptop devices have put pressure on PCs. People are also holding on to their older computers rather than upgrading.

HP hopes the Spectre can spark a turnaround

Pre-orders for the new Spectre are available at HP (HPQ) and Best Buy (BBY) beginning on April 25.

                     HP Spectre is a 13.3-inch notebook that weighs about 2.5 pounds.

One movie every one has been looking forward to is Omoni Oboli's comedy :Wives On Strike.
And the movie had it Lagos premiere last night at the Genesis Deluxe Cinemas VIP Screening Room.

The event was a star-studded one as the lead characters of the movie,  Omoni Oboli, Uche Jombo, Ufuoma McDermott, Chioma Akpotha, and Kehinde Bangle were all present.  Other stars at the event includes Iyabo Oyo,  Julius Agwu, Monalisa Chinda, Ashionye, Blessing Egbe, Annie Idina,  OC,  and many more.
